I'm Ted Mavimbela.

I run outbound for construction-tech SaaS founders. One operator, narrow niche, serious tooling.

The questions I usually get.

What counts as "qualified"?
We define it together on Day 1. Default: a person at a target-fit account, in a relevant role, who's agreed to a discovery call with you on a specific date. Replies that turn into "send me a deck" but no call don't count toward the 8.
What if 8 calls is too many — or not enough?
We can tier the retainer (5 calls / $1,500 or 12 calls / $2,800). The default 8 is the sweet spot for most $1–5M ARR construction-tech SaaS at typical close rates.
Will you spam from my domain?
Never. I send only from dedicated, separately-warmed sending domains so your primary domain stays clean. Reputation hygiene is non-negotiable.
Do you write the messaging?
Yes. I draft the sequence; you approve it before launch. Voice tweaks during month 1, locked thereafter.
Do I need to provide any data?
Just the ICP definition and a few competitor/customer references during onboarding. List building and enrichment are on me.
Where do calls happen?
Calls are booked directly onto your calendar via Cal.com or Calendly. I operate remotely and work across US time zones.
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months — enough time for outbound to actually work. After that, month-to-month with 30-day notice. Month 1 is money-back if I don't deliver 8 calls.
